Module: Secure Login (Email + Verification Code)
BlueKat uses a secure passwordless authentication process. Instead of traditional passwords, access is granted using a one-time verification code sent to your registered email address.
This method enhances security and simplifies access management.
Login Screen – Email Entry
Overview
The Email Entry screen is the first step to access BlueKat. Users must provide their registered email address to receive a secure verification code.
Screen Elements

| Get Verification Code Button | Send a one-time verification code to your email. |

How to Log In (Step 1)
- Enter your registered email address.
- Click Get Verification Code.
- Check your email inbox for a 6-digit verification code.
If you do not receive the code, check your spam or junk folder.
Common Issues
Email Not Recognized
- Ensure you are using the email registered by BlueKat Administration.
- Contact your company administrator if access has not been provisioned.
Verification Email Not Received
- Check spam/junk folder.
- Confirm mailbox is not full.
- Wait 1–2 minutes and retry.
Verification Screen – Enter Code
Overview
After requesting access, BlueKat sends a secure 6-digit verification code to your email. This screen allows you to enter the code and complete authentication.

| Notification Message | Confirms the email where the code was sent. |
| Verification Code Field | Enter the 6-digit code received via email. |
| Verify & Login Button | Validates the code and grants access. |
| Back to Email Link | Return to the previous screen to change email. |
| System Version | Current application version. |
How to Log In (Step 2)
- Open your email.
- Copy the 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code in the Verification Code field.
- Click Verify & Login.
If the code is valid, you will be redirected to the BlueKat dashboard.
Security Notes
- Verification codes are time-sensitive.
- Codes expire after 5 minutes.
- Each code can only be used once.
- Never share your verification code with others.
Common Errors
Invalid Code
- Confirm that you entered the correct digits.
- Ensure that the code has not expired.
- Request a new code if needed.
Code Expired
- Return to the previous screen.
- Click Get Verification Code again.
