Overview
Customer Groups allow administrators to organize customers into logical categories.
Grouping customers helps simplify management of pricing structures, reporting, and operational segmentation across the BlueKat platform.
For example, companies may create groups such as:
- Retail Customers
- Wholesale Customers
- Regional Clients
- Preferred Partners
Customer Groups are managed within the Manage section of BlueKat.
